We ship every EL World order ourselves, from our own stock, so your bars leave our hands and go straight to yours. Here is exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking as soon as your order has shipped. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holiday volume and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on the same schedule as one-time orders. Your recurring order is prepared as soon as it renews each month, and you will receive tracking for every shipment.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If your tracking number has not updated within a few business days of shipping, please contact us at support@elworld.shop with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Missing, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with anyone else at your address and with your local carrier first, as packages are occasionally left in a safe place. If it still has not turned up, contact us at support@elworld.shop and we will help you resolve it.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund the affected items. Full details are in our Terms of Sale.
Storing Your Bars
Store your bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. During very hot weather the almond butter can soften in transit, which is normal and does not affect the quality of the bar. Letting the bar cool before opening it gives you the best texture.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@elworld.shop immediately with your order number and we will do everything we can before it leaves us.
